Day 12: 12 Days of Christmas - For Service Providers

So sad, today is the last day of the 12 Days of Christmas gift idea series. It's been fun searching for gift ideas and I've found some ideas for my own shopping needs along the way. After consulting with my friends Rachel and Naomi on Sunday, I've decided to close with ideas for service providers. That's a terrible term I know, but it was the most appropriate brief description I could come up with to describe those people in our life who deserve a little something to show our appreciation for their work all year long: the teachers, baby sitters, youth leaders, hair stylists, chiropractors, mail men, pool guys and gardeners in our lives.

The hot cocoa items above are from Crate & Barrel, you can give the whole collection for just over $20: Holiday cocoa $3.95, Mini Mighty Marshmellows $6.95 and Peppermint spoons $9.95.

Go big:
get the big cocoa $9.95 and add a set of holiday mugs $8.95 each.

Other ideas for service providers:
Ghiradelli peppermint bark bar $3.95 or holiday squares collection, fresh fruit basket $39.95+ Harry & David, gift card to their favorite lunch or coffee stop, pair of movie tickets 2 for $15 (in store) Costco, homemade cookies in a holiday tin, mulling spices & stirrers $19.95 William-Sonoma, set of red votives $14.95 Cost Plus, tin of Peppermint bark or Enligh toffee $9.95 Cost Plus, homebaked pecan pie, Holiday bar towels 4 for $15 Pier 1, set of tea-to-go tins $4.50 each Pier 1, or a bottle of wine.
